About
My name is Ash
Originally from Yorkshire and relocating to East Sussex, Ash founded Zone Studio in July 2025. A BSc-qualified Physiotherapist, certified Personal Trainer, and former Team GB powerlifter helped Ash gain her knowledge and passion for fitness and wanting to support and guide women to feel secure, strong, empowered and confident within themselves.
Alongside her strength background, Ash is a marathon finisher and experienced runner, blending strength and endurance training to create balanced, effective programs. Friendly and approachable, Ash builds a supportive space where clients gain confidence and achieve lasting results.
