Zone Studio Classes

Join Zone Studio for weekly in person classes for Sculpt + Burn, the Glute Club and Arms + Abs

Sculpt + Burn is a 60 minute full body class using light dumbbells, resistance bands and blocks. You are guided through several flows targeting every muscle group. If you enjoy controlled movement, deep core exercises and an effective full body workout, Sculpt + Burn is the class for you!

The Glute Club is a 60 minute workout dedicated to strengthening and sculpting your legs and glutes. The Glute Club involves dumbbells and resistance bands and works through a mixture of weighted and hiit exercises, don't worry - low impact alternatives will also be given. This class leaves your legs shaking in the best way!

Arms + Abs is a 60 minute workout dedicated to sculpting and strengthening your upper body and core muscles. The class will use a series of light weights, blocks and resistance bands and you will be guided through several movements targeting each muscle group. 

This is a low impact workout suitable for all abilities.
