A Sunday afternoon of movement, recovery and a little time for you.
Join Zone and Oasis Saunas for a women only afternoon of workouts, relaxation and good company.
We’ll start with a 45 minute Zone Sculpt + Burn class before slowing things down and stepping into the warmth of Oasis Saunas for 45 minutes of relaxation, recovery and time to unwind.
The idea behind this event is simple. We spend so much time rushing around, working, training and looking after everyone else, so why not take a Sunday afternoon to do something just for you? Whether you’re coming with a friend or on your own, we want you to feel welcome, enjoy the experience and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the week ahead.
