Bogo Arlington is a small family run farm with pedigree Boer goats. The goats are gentle, loving animals, a small amount of mischief, extremely intelligent and love human company!
Please wear suitable trainers and gym wear. Please bring a water bottle.
Homemade afternoon tea, hot and cold drinks will be provided.
Open to all abilities, the workout will be a light mat exercises with the goats present.
